Every Business Performance Assessment is conducted under strict commercial confidentiality. Information collected during an engagement is used solely to deliver the agreed consultancy services and produce your Business Performance Score, report and recommendations.
We will never publish, reference or disclose a client’s identity, Business Performance Score, assessment findings or commercial information without their explicit written permission unless required to do so by law.
AI Assisted Services
KIST may use artificial intelligence to assist with answering questions about a client’s own assessment evidence and producing draft summaries.
Only the minimum information necessary to complete the requested task is processed. Photographs, uploaded documents and confidential business information are not shared unless required to provide the requested functionality.
Where Information Is Stored
Client information is stored using secure cloud services and protected through user authentication, encrypted connections where available and appropriate access controls.
International Transfers
Some technology providers used by KIST may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain client records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations and allow meaningful comparison between future Business Performance Assessments.
Financial records are retained in accordance with UK legal and tax requirements.
