Is KIST independent from the recommendations it makes?
Yes. Your Business Performance Score is calculated the same way for every client, before any recommendation is made. We don’t sell a fixed solution and then shape the assessment to justify it.
How is my Business Performance Score calculated?
Every score is built from more than 250 evidence based assessment points across eleven business performance disciplines. Every client is assessed using the same methodology, ensuring scores are independent, consistent and comparable.
How long does an assessment take?
Most Business Performance Assessments are completed during a single on site visit, followed by analysis, report preparation and an executive presentation. Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of the organisation.
What size of business is KIST suited to?
KIST works with organisations across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, construction, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, retail and education. The assessment scales to suit each organisation.
What happens after the report is delivered?
Your report includes a prioritised 90 day action plan with named owners and recommended timescales. Many clients then choose to continue working with KIST through implementation support, progress reviews or future reassessments.
Do you only work on site, or remotely too?
The Business Performance Assessment is primarily carried out on site because that’s where the strongest evidence is gathered. Follow up meetings, report presentations and ongoing consultancy can be delivered remotely where appropriate.
